List your name, phone number and select a number 1-54 on the back of your ticket. You can choose a different number for each ticket. Turn in ALL tickets you don't keep any tickets.
If your name is selected you win $100
If your name is selected and the card behind your number is any Queen other than the Queen of Hearts, you win $500
If your card holds the Queen of Hearts, you win 60% of the pot
